Press Release Writing & Press Outreach
Writing a press release is about more than letting people know about your show or organization. It's about telling people why they should care about your show or organization. At IAC, we craft your press release with care. We make the extra effort to truly get to know your organization, identify what makes it special, and use a specific angle appeal to readers' emotions.

We also take care to put your press release in the right hands. We put together individualized spreadsheets of journalists, publications, reviewers, and organizations we believe would have interest in your show, and then we send out individual mailings to them.

Natalie has been writing, publishing, and sending out freelance press releases for dozens of organizations for 6 years.

Marketing Strategy Development
Want to create a plan to stay on track to gain new audience members and keep your current audience on board? Not sure what to do or how to do it?  IAC will do a full analysis of where you are right now in your marketing strategy compared to where you could be, and work with you to develop a step-by-step long-term plan tailored to your show or organization.

Social Media
In this day and age, social media etiquette is necessary to engage your audience as well as introduce your show or organization to new people. IAC will create and/or manage and build social media accounts on various platforms.

Natalie is a millennial who understands what this elusive market wants! After all, who thinks more like a millennial than a millennial?

Blogging
Blogging can be one of the most effective ways to attract a new audience and keep your current audience engaged. IAC will create, run, and/or write a blog on topics that are tangentially related to your show or organization, but will ultimately tie into your show or organization at the end. IAC will also work with you to publicize your blog.

Fundraising
Money. Unfortunately, theater can't happen without it. There are a finite number of grants and donors willing to give to the arts, so it's important to know the nuances of fundraising.

At IAC, we specialize in 3 different types of fundraising.
  1. Grant-Based Fundraising - We will help you identify grants that fit best with your organization, develop a template of acceptable answers that can be adapted to questions asked by different grants, and then fill those grants out for you.
  2. Donor-Based Fundraising - We will help you identify potential donors within your own network, teach you how to build up to asking those potential donors for money, and then help you follow up with those donors.
  3. Crowdfunding Campaigns - We will create a detailed crowdfunding campaign to ask for donations from people you know and bring your show to the attention of  people you don't know.
